​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Under this product, “alburaq”, upon the customer’s request and promise to purchase, purchases house furniture or equipment made in Algeria and actually acquires them, then sells them to the customer by means of a sale contract for their original cost plus a specified profit margin, and the customer pays this price in instalments over a specified, agreed on period in accordance with the Murabaha contract.

Under this product, “alburaq”, upon the customer’s request and promise to purchase, purchases a car manufactured or assembled in Algeria and actually acquires it, then sells it to the customer by means of a sale contract for its original cost plus a specified profit margin, and the customer pays this price in instalments over a specified, agreed on period in accordance with the Mourabaha contract.​

​​​Under this product, “alburaq”, upon the customer’s request and promise to lease, purchases a ready residential property, actually acquires it and registers it in its name, then leases it to the customer by means of a lease contract for a specified rental amount and term, such that “alburaq” owns that residential property and the customer benefits from it, and at the end of the lease term the ownership of the residential property is transferred by means of a separate sale contract as per the customer’s wish.​
